The City of West Park will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday May 22, 2013 at the City Clerk's office, City of West Park City Hall, 1965 South State Road7, West Park, Florida 33023, for the following project:

TRAFFIC CALMING IMPORVEMENT PROJECTS

S.W. 32^ND COURT

The project consists of the construction of two speed tables on S.W. 32nd Court between S.W. 32nd Street and S.W. 33rd Street within a portion of Study Area C. This is a federally funded project for the 37th year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding by the Department of Housing and UrbanDevelopment (HUD). All HUD Federal rules and regulations pertaining to this project are applicable. Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for work classifications are specified and must be complied with. Fringe benefits must be added to the prevailing hourly rates where applicable. Hourly rates where applicable.

The City of West Park will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the City Clerk's office, City of West Park City Hall, 1965 South State Road 7, West Park, Florida 33023, for the following project:

S.W. 56th Avenue/ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

From S.W. 41st Street/County Line Road to S.R. 824 / Pembroke Road

This project proposes improvements along S.W. 56th Avenue / Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd from S.W. 41st Street / County Line Road to S.R. 824/ Pembroke Road. Enhancements to include repaving the existing road, widening the roadway for the addition of paved shoulders along both sides of the road which could serve as a bicycle lane, widening the roadway for the addition of a 10 feet raised median, improving the existing pedestrian ramp for compliance with the latest ADA standards, signing and pavement markings upgrades, landscape improvements, new irrigations for the proposed medians, decorative pavers at several intersections, and Lighting enhancements along the corridor as well as to the proposed medians. This work shall include FDOT administrative grant requirements Attachments A-S.

The City of West Park will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 P.M. local time, Monday, March 18, 2013 at the City Clerk's office, City of West Park City Hall, 1965 South State Road 7, West Park, Florida 33023, for the following project:

McTyre Park Parking Lot Drainage Improvements

3501 SW 56^th Avenue

West Park, Florida 33023

The project consists of removal and reconstruction of existing parking lot for drainage improvements. The new pavements will include parking lot, emergency access entrance; relocation of entrance, two roundabouts, landscape, electrical and other incidental items. The project will impact the western 1.1 acres (approximately) of McTyre Park and is located east of SW 56th Avenue.

REQUEST FOR LETTER OF INTEREST AND QUALIFICATION (revised)

The City of West Park will receive letter of interest and qualification for professional Construction Engineering Inspection and administrative services for SW 56^th Avenue (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) streetscape Improvement, until 3:00pm Thursday , January 24, 2013. Any qualification package submitted past the deadline and/or submitted to other locations or offices shall be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected.

Pursuant to Chapter 287.055, Florida Statutes, the City of West Park will retain a consultant to provide the professional Construction Engineering Inspection and Construction Administration Services for the SW 56th Avenue (Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard) Streetscape Enhancement projects. The selected firm shall enter into an agreement for this specific project. Only firms with similar experiences and a proven track record of delivering successful/on time – on budget projects are encouraged to apply.
